Job summary

Ford IPTSE Quality is seeking a Quality Analytics Engineer to improve propulsion and thermal systems quality through data-driven insights. You will analyze warranty, connected-vehicle, and diagnostic data to identify emerging issues and support root-cause investigations.

You’ll develop dashboards, automate data collection, apply AI/NLP tools to quality workflows, and support Six Sigma and DMAIC initiatives with rigorous data analysis.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field with relevant analytics experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty, connected-vehicle, diagnostic, and quality data to identify trends and leading indicators.
• Partner with engineering teams to support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop processes and tools to collect, unify, and analyze large vehicle data sets.
• Build dashboards and automated reports for executive leadership.
• Apply AI/NLP techniques to predictive quality modeling and defect detection.
