Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development or QA across full-stack, frontend, backend, or integrated QA roles.
• 2+ years using AI tools in daily engineering workflows to automate tasks.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages used for automation or web development (Python, Ruby, or Swift).
• Experience with observability and logging tooling in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Strong cross‑team communication and collaboration with partner engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven test automation systems that identify edge cases and validate infrastructure changes at scale.
• Build and maintain full-stack tooling and internal applications to improve development and delivery efficiency.
• Integrate observability and logging solutions within Kubernetes environments to monitor system health and flag quality regressions early.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate quality gaps into automated workflows and test strategies.
• Leverage Python, Ruby, or Swift to automate repetitive processes and accelerate validation pipelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to distill requirements into actionable engineering solutions and communicate progress clearly.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and foundational patterns for AI-assisted quality engineering across the team.
