You’ll own test strategy, test planning, and execution, collaborating with architects, project teams, and global QA colleagues to ensure successful ERP and system integrations before go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing and QA, independently capable.
• Hands-on manual testing experience including black-box and functional.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance QA work.
• Proven test planning and structured test-case design.
• Sound risk judgment and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning and execution for customer deployments.
• Validate customized builds, configurations, and ERP/system integrations.
• Lead AI-driven QA practices to raise coverage, speed, and quality.
• Perform broad testing: functional, regression, exploratory, backend/system-level.
• Drive defects to resolution end-to-end across active projects.
• Own go-live readiness and provide structured status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Maintain QA documentation and quality standards across projects.
