Wonderschool is seeking a highly technical QA Engineer to lead quality across government, billing, and childcare provider products. You will drive an AI-driven QA practice while staying hands-on—investigating failures, writing automated tests, validating releases, and working directly with government customers.

You are expected to own testing strategy, build strong technical coverage (UI and API tests, SQL), and ensure accurate billing processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA or quality engineering professional
• Detail-oriented, curious, persistent
• Technical strength in test automation, API testing, SQL, debugging

Responsabilités

• Lead QA across Wonderschool products and establish release readiness standards
• Use AI tools to generate test cases and automate tests
• Test AI-powered products for accuracy and edge cases
• Create and maintain UI and API tests; verify data with SQL
• Test billing invoices, payments, refunds, and reconciliation
• Coordinate government partner UAT and acceptance documentation
• Translate product requirements into test plans and cases
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product in Scrum planning and reviews
• Track defects and release risks to improve coverage
