Job summary

DoubleVerify in Canada is seeking a Senior Technical Programmatic Account Manager to be the primary post-sale contact for Scibids clients. You will oversee pilot and BAU campaigns, ensuring strong results and ongoing growth while collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales to deliver a cohesive client journey.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams, provide campaign insights, and drive upsell opportunities to expand client engagement and ROI across DV Scibids offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in programmatic trading, analytics or customer success.
• Experience with at least 2 DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon or Yahoo. Meta & Google Ads also beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management for pilot and BAU campaigns.
• Monitor setup and performance across DSPs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain proactive client communication and onboarding.
• Provide campaign insights and ROI recommendations regularly.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams for new client onboarding and expansion.
• Lead performance reviews, campaign wrap-ups and identify growth opportunities.
