Job summary

CTDI in the United States is seeking a Program Manager, AI & Business Process to partner with leadership to improve visibility, optimize program-level financial outcomes, and develop practical tools for reporting and decision-making.

The role focuses on margins, cost reduction, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization, leveraging advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. This is a business-process position that uses AI-enabled workflows to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, finance, or operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills covering margin, cost, expense, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience defining and building dashboards, reports, or BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business cases.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to improve performance, financial visibility, and inventory optimization.
• Define, build, and improve dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and operations.
• Use Excel, Tableau, Power BI to visualize trends and support decision-making.
• Develop agentic AI-enabled tools and workflows to automate reporting and analysis.
• Lead inventory analysis including accuracy, aging, replenishment, and warehouse capacity.
• Translate insights into business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
