Job summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to advance AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to strengthen the Product System and accelerate value delivery.
This remote-first role requires travel ~35% to collaborate directly with teams and stakeholders and to drive lighthouse initiatives that scale across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in hands-on product management or leadership in B2B software.
- Ownership of strategy and outcomes from discovery to delivery and measurement.
- Led cross-functional teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Hands-on AI-enabled or agentic product development experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and tie decisions to outcomes.
- Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
- Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery and measurement.
- Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and drive actionable change.
- Coach product leaders and improve operating models and governance.
- Turn practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
- Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide rollout.
