Job summary

Edupoint Educational Systems LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Product Readiness & Documentation Coordinator 1 to coordinate AI-assisted testing and documentation across the Synergy product unit. You will validate releases, generate user guides, release notes, and QRGs, and align with Product, Development, QA, CRC, Implementation and Training teams to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication skills to produce clear, accurate, user-friendly documentation independently.
• Ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve Edupoint processes and workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI-assisted product testing workflows, directing automated test agents to validate features and release readiness across the Synergy product suite.
• Maintain and improve documentation libraries, using AI to generate and update user guides, release notes, QRGs, videos, and help content with each release.
• Review outputs from automated testing and documentation agents, identifying gaps and applying product knowledge to improve coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Development leads to set test coverage priorities and documentation update plans.
• Serve as the readiness checkpoint before releases go live, ensuring both quality validation and documentation are complete.
• Maintain records of test results, known issues, documentation versions, and release readiness status across all active product initiatives.
• Work with CRC, Implementation, and Training teams to ensure documentation is accessible and useful for customers and staff.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI-assisted workflows and drive tooling/process improvements as AI capabilities evolve.
