Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Product Owner on a team of 8+ engineers.
• Focus on delivering high-value increments over tickets.
• Ability to discuss cost of delay and value.
• Familiar with API contracts and service boundaries.
• English level B1/B2+.
• AI-first by default and using AI to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Decompose briefs into shippable increments with clear planning.
• Own the backlog end-to-end with clear acceptance criteria.
• Weigh increments against cost vs value and prioritize.
• Maintain a visible scoring system for prioritization.
• Communicate shipping plans to founders, sales, and support.
• Keep the team unblocked and monitor delivery metrics.
• Push back on unbuildable briefs to ensure feasibility.
