Neumo seeks a Product Owner to bridge market needs and delivery. You will own the backlog end-to-end, write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering and UX. You will leverage AI tools to scale backlog artifacts and drive continuous improvement across releases.

Implement robust prompt templates, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure stories meet the Definition of Done. You’ll engage stakeholders and inform strategy, aligning user needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in Agile environments, preferably as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience with public sector software or government-related domains is a differentiator.
• Strong familiarity with API concepts, middleware, services, and SQL; proficient with product tooling.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize impact for the team.
• Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; refine backlog with AI tools.
• Design reusable prompts and templates for consistent AI-assisted output.
