Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Product Owner in Illinois to bridge market needs and delivery. You will own the backlog end-to-end, write epics and user stories, and collaborate with engineering and UX. Leverage AI tools to scale backlog artifacts and drive efficient prioritization.

You will partner with leadership to shape product strategy, plan releases, and ensure compliance with the Definition of Done. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential for成功 delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years in Agile with backlog ownership and SDLC understanding.
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; public sector exposure is a plus.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Figma; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize product backlog from ideation to delivery.
Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leverage AI tools to accelerate work.
Plan releases and align with engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
Ensure stories meet Definition of Done and gather user feedback.
Collaborate with leadership to inform strategy and track milestones.
Engage customers to validate requirements and market needs.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and monitor product metrics.
