Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution to help clients build best-in-class products.

As a frog Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, guide proposals, mentor juniors, and apply AI/GenAI capabilities. The role requires 4–6 years PM experience and authorized work in the U.S.; a STEM or business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional product management experience.
• Strong strategic concepting and data analysis skills demonstrated in a portfolio of recent work.
• Experience in writing technical requirements (user stories, epics, MVP scope).
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities to client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as PM lead for a workstream.
• Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI/agentic tools in a PM context; required capability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and vision; define roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, balancing innovation with feasibility and impact.
• Apply industry best practices in product frameworks, roadmaps, prioritization, and Agile methods.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity with hypothesis-driven decision making and rapid iterations.
• Advocate for the customer using research, market data, and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership in AI/data domains.
• Support business development through proposals and pitches; contribute to AI/GenAI capabilities development.
