Job summary

Centro is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive AI-first product initiatives across our international teams. You will translate business goals into measurable product plans, write clear requirements for AI-assisted workflows, and lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through validation.

You will prototype concepts with AI tools, run experiments, and use analytics to optimize core Creator tools, ensuring strong customer impact and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in web development with AI workflow experience.
• Strong product thinking, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery.
• User-centric mindset with focus on business impact.
• Proven ability to prototype concepts using AI-powered tools and iterate from user feedback.
• Data-driven with analytics, experimentation, and KPI focus.
• Experience with subscription-based products is a plus.
• Strategic thinking to translate business objectives into measurable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define clear product requirements with context for AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Plan timelines, releases, and rollouts using Agile and Scrum.
• Design and run A/B tests; monitor usage and optimize Creator tools.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder updates.
• Track user flows with dashboards and data insights to improve metrics.
