Qualifications

• New grads or 0–2 years of professional experience.
• CS or engineering degree required; internships or school projects count.
• Strong problem-solving and learning ability with a passion for shipping good software.

Responsibilities

• Embed yourself with Stripe users to understand needs and design solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery through design, implementation, deployment and iteration.
• Work on a home team and learn across Stripe, with potential to land a Product Manager role.
• Navigate codebases, resolve blockers, and push through obstacles with ownership mindset.
• Continuously refine workflows and tooling to improve productivity and impact.
