Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define upstream product objectives, timelines, milestones and budgets.
• Translate surgeon and market insights into differentiated product requirements and value propositions.
• Align technical capabilities with clinical workflows and influence product specifications and trade-offs.
• Support upstream marketing strategies and cross‑functional launches to enable adoption at scale.
• Act as a subject matter expert across AI-enabled surgical solutions and digital ecosystems.
