Apple Inc. is seeking an AI-driven Product Manager for the Employee Experience & Productivity portfolio in Culver City, CA. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for business-facing internal products that empower global teams and streamline operations.

Lead cross-functional teams through discovery to launch, leverage AI for prototyping, and align roadmaps to business priorities while measuring impact with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager leading product development cycles from concept to launch and shipping at scale.
• 4+ years cross-functional experience with software engineering and UX design teams.
• 4+ years delivering products that support media content production workflows in Music, Business Affairs, Marketing, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain.
• BS or MS in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of business-facing products.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, engineering, and launch.
• Evaluate the product ecosystem for consolidation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business priorities.
• Use data and employee insights to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build prototypes using AI tools.
