Job summary

Apple is hiring a Product Manager to evolve AI-powered decision intelligence products and agentic workflows within its Sales organization. This hands-on role partners with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to shape a roadmap that speeds insights and drives adoption across Apple Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or adjacent roles with product ownership.
• Ability to prioritize based on analytics and business impact.
• Experience writing clear user stories, CUJs, requirements, and backlog items.
• Strong communication to convey product and technical content to varied audiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align on needs.
• Good time management balancing priorities and longer-term work.
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive user engagement by removing friction and closing gaps.
• Embed product into user workflows by integrating with current processes.
• Gather and translate user feedback into actionable requirements.
• Use analytics to prioritize improvements and track adoption.
• Represent the product to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
