Job summary

Meta seeks exceptionally effective Product Managers to drive AI-enabled product strategies and initiatives across the company. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions and scalable roadmaps.

You will evaluate tradeoffs, champion responsible AI practices, and collaborate with multiple orgs to accelerate product delivery while maintaining team health and velocity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities and drive product strategies and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
• Critically evaluate AI solutions to determine when they are the optimal choice at portfolio level.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions that define market categories.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
• Define product requirements and coordinate resources from design, legal, and other groups.
• Reimagine workflows using AI tools to transform velocity and capability.
• Scale AI best practices across the organization to improve capabilities.
• Plan and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Orchestrate complex execution across organizations by balancing AI automation with human oversight.
• Define and analyze success metrics and drive decisions from user insights and AB tests.
• Design and interpret experiments leveraging AI to inform strategic product decisions.
• Run evaluations to interpret model outputs at scale as a strategic capability for AI-powered experiences.
