Qualifications

• 10+ years Product Management and/or Product Design
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• BA or BS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area and drive product strategies and roadmaps in context of broader organizational goals
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations; bring clarity to ambiguous opportunities; execute with limited oversight
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies and requirements to enhance user satisfaction and engineer productivity
• Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
• Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products aligned with our mission and industry
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, guide milestones
• Define and analyze metrics that inform success; track KPIs; drive decisions from user insights and AB testing
• Maximize efficiency in a fluid, creative environment
