Tibersoft, a leader in commercial intelligence for the foodservice industry, seeks a Product Manager to identify, validate, and deliver AI-enabled initiatives that drive new revenue and customer value.

You will own a 12–18 month roadmap, run ongoing customer discovery with food and beverage stakeholders, translate insights into clear requirements, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or data products.
• Hands-on fluency with AI and machine learning — understanding limitations.
• Disciplined customer research: balance customer input with data.
• Ability to communicate vision across executives, technical teams, and the broader org.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for customer engagement.
• Foodservice, CPG, or commercial intelligence experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain a 12–18 month product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery with CPG stakeholders, including on-site engagement, to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate customer evidence and data into clear product requirements and priorities; justify roadmap decisions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across R&D, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success from definition to launch and iteration.
• Partner to develop go-to-market and adoption plans that drive revenue growth and sustained usage.
• Establish and monitor product performance measures and provide updates to the General Manager.
