Study.com is seeking an AI-native product leader to build Candova.ai from 0→1 and beyond. You will own the product surface, roadmap, pricing, and audience fit, collaborating with executive leadership to turn vision into a successful new product.

The role demands hands‑on AI prototyping and deep customer interaction with small and mid-sized businesses as primary buyers. You will lead a small team of engineers and designers, shaping features, experiments, and metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager role.
• Demonstrated success building AI-powered product experiences and hands-on fluency using AI in daily work to prototype, analyze, research, debug, and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Shape Candova product vision and drive it into built features.
• Own end-to-end Candova roadmap and execution from prototype to growth.
• Interact with users and buyers weekly to translate feedback into shipped changes.
• Validate pricing, packaging, and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales.
• Define metrics for activation, completion, retention, and expansion.
• Understand competitive AI-skills landscape to identify service gaps.
