Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Product and Labeling Inspector to safeguard product integrity and regulatory compliance across 503A and 503B operations. You will own inspection execution, deviation identification, and release readiness within a high-throughput environment, leveraging AI-enabled tools for consistent results and fast decision-making.

The role emphasizes precision, adherence to cGMP, and collaboration with manufacturing, packaging, and QA teams to support audit readiness and patient

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality inspection, or a regulated production environment.
• Experience identifying defects, maintaining compliance, and supporting audit readiness in high-throughput operations.
• Experience in 503A/503B operations or similar regulated pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Experience using digital or AI-enabled tools to enhance inspection accuracy, reporting, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Visual verification of products and labels to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Batch record review for completeness and traceability in line with cGMP.
• Execute sampling procedures and maintain accurate digital records.
• Identify deviations, document issues, and elevate accordingly using AI-enabled reporting tools.
• Support audits with inspection-ready documentation and data.
