Job summary

Empower Pharmacy seeks a Quality Operations Technician to safeguard product quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness across its 503A and 503B operations. You will lead daily quality oversight, documentation review, inspections, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI to accelerate reviews and strengthen decisions.

Knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality mgmt systems, and documentation controls in regulated environments.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools, digital quality systems, and data analytics to improve review efficiency and decision quality.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and support training initiatives.

Responsibilities

GMP Oversight: maintain compliance across 503A/503B operations using AI-enabled monitoring.
Record Integrity: review batch records and quality docs for accuracy and traceability with AI-assisted validation.
Audit Readiness: support internal audits and regulatory inspections with organized records and procedures.
