Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking an MBA student for the Product Management & Innovation Intern role (Summer 2027). You’ll work with cross-functional teams in Bain AIS to design, prototype, and launch digital products at the intersection of strategy, product, and technology, while gaining real client experience.

You will co-locate with your team in person at least three days a week in New York or San Francisco, embracing a collaborative, fast-paced environment that blends consulting rigor with product

Qualifications

• MBA students with passion for technology, innovation, and product development.
• Strong business acumen and technical curiosity.
• Experience in agile, product management, or design thinking.
• Willingness to co-locate in NY or SF at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate opportunities for innovation using human-centered design.
• Translate user and business needs into product concepts and MVPs.
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to test and iterate solutions.
• Support agile ceremonies, backlog writing, and simple PRDs.
