Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an AI Product Experience Strategist to transform commercial and customer-facing workflows through AI. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, human-centered design, workflow transformation, and AI-enabled experiences, translating opportunities into intuitive products that surface insights, recommend actions, and embed within existing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product management, digital experience, workflow transformation, enterprise technology, service design, or related.
• Experience redesigning complex enterprise workflows into intuitive user and customer experiences.
• Strong product thinking linking user needs, business outcomes, technology, and value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to work with senior business and IT leaders, vendors, and frontline users.
• Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience operating in highly regulated, security-conscious, or data-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-friction, repetitive, decision-intensive workflows and frame AI opportunities around measurable outcomes.
• Translate AI opportunities into product requirements, journey maps, and epics; create value cases and pilots.
• Maintain an AI experience opportunity backlog and inform product planning and investment decisions.
• Translate AI concepts into product requirements, journey maps, service blueprints, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity, QA, legal, privacy, and compliance teams.
• Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and user validation to test desirability, usability, feasibility, and value.
