Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering software products or platforms.
• Proven ability to coach engineers with direct technical engagement.
• Strong Lean/Agile experience.
• Hands-on software engineering background with ability to read and write production code.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, architecture, and data/telemetry.
• Able to influence change across discovery, ideation, design, delivery in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product and platform roadmap with emphasis on engineering excellence and AI-enabled delivery.
• Lead full product life cycle—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a hands-on technical and AI leader, architecting AI-enabled solutions.
• Coach cross-functional teams on scope, sequencing, feasibility and value realization.
• Coach engineering teams on XP/TDD, CI/CD, trunk-based development and AI workflows.
• Drive adoption of operating models across PDLC/SDLC with data-driven improvement.
