Job summary

invygo is seeking a data analyst embedded in a product squad to own experimentation and analytics. You will size experiments, monitor ongoing tests, and deliver honest verdicts that gate product ship decisions. The role blends traditional analytics with an AI-powered data agent used company-wide.

You’ll define metrics, instrument features with engineers, and answer questions across UAE, KSA, and Qatar, while ensuring rigorous methodology and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Solid grounding in statistics: hypothesis testing and confidence intervals with interpretation.
• Expert SQL against large datasets, including window functions and funnel-style queries.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools and data governance.
• Strong written and spoken communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own A/B tests end to end: design, sizing, monitoring, and final verdicts.
• Handle real-world experiment challenges: small samples, outliers, and contamination.
• Apply variance-reduction techniques when appropriate and avoid overfitting.
• Define metrics for new features and instrument them with engineering for accurate reporting.
• Investigate funnels, cohorts, retention, and pricing questions from raw event data to recommendations.
• Help build and improve the AI analytics agent and its outputs.
