Job summary

The Weather Company in Atlanta is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Data and Insights team supporting the TWC Subscriptions group. You will bridge raw behavioral data and subscription strategy, partnering across product, engineering, and data science to ensure a holistic view of behaviors driving growth.

You will report to the VP, Data and Analytics and play a critical role in enabling the team to achieve our goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product analytics or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Amplitude or a comparable behavioral analytics platform (e.g., Mixpanel, Heap).
• Solid SQL skills; ability to query, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Solid grounding in A/B testing methodology and statistics.
• Excellent communication skills; translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Infrastructure & Data Quality: audit data connections and ensure integrity in analytics systems.
• Measurement Planning & Analytics Configuration: configure analytics for new features and define success metrics.
• Behavioral Analysis & Experimentation: build a nuanced understanding of users and surface insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with product, engineering, data science, and UX research.
• Embedded analytics: act as a reusable analytics resource for the product team and enable faster decisions.
