Qualifications

• 5 years of Process design related experience.
• Future-State Operating Model Transformation knowledge.
• Analytical and design-oriented mindset with data-centric process design.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operating models and human-in-the-loop controls.
• GenAI and workflow integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implements complex solutions to address issues, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls.
• Gathers information with Line of Business partners to implement solutions addressing challenges.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using process engineering best practices.
• Uses analytics to translate issues into structured design solutions with business benefits.
• Leads enterprise change management deliverables for major projects.
