This role emphasizes SLAs, case reviews, and proactive communication of cap table corrections, while diagnosing root causes and building scalable tools.

Qualifications

• Responsible for private equity support across a portfolio of clients using Carta platform.
• Diagnose root causes rather than surface symptoms and build lightweight tools to scale issues.
• Adhere to SLAs and conduct reviews and training with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support across phone, email, and video.
• Respond to cases with varying complexity in cap table product.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows as a core practice, not an add-on.
• Diagnose issues by reading logs and traces beyond standard playbooks.
• Reconcile cap tables and support equity-related projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close gaps and improve customer adoption.
