Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Privacy Systems Director to lead the technology blueprint for Privacy, AI, Data governance, and Legal Operations. You will architect scalable workflows and drive digital transformation across Legal and Compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in privacy engineering, GRC, and privacy tools, with emphasis on implementing compliant architectures and optimizing operations for attorneys and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Legal Ops, Privacy Engineering, or InfoSec.
Strong understanding of LLMs and privacy tech like OneTrust.
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, NIST, EU AI Act.
Experience leading GRC, Legal Tech, or Privacy architecture.

Responsibilities

Design and dictate the strategic technology blueprint for the Chief Compliance and Legal offices.
Architect solutions to resolve bottlenecks in the Legal ops tech stack.
Identify opportunities to add AI and automation to compliance workflows.
Manage vendor relationships and budget for privacy/Legal tech investments.
Develop and maintain privacy incident management tooling and processes.
