Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal AI Software Engineer with strong Java expertise and AI integration experience to join a newly formed AI Tiger Team. This team operates as an elite, fast-moving engineering group focused on embedding AI capabilities into existing software products, rather than building AI models from scratch. The role is highly hands-on and will involve working across multiple priority products, each with unique architectures, users, and technical challenges. Engineers on this team are expected to be adaptable, technically deep, and comfortable moving between different problem spaces and codebases. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys ambiguity, complex systems, and real-world AI adoption in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Senior Fullstack Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Cloud experience (cloud agnostic backgrounds are welcome)
• Proven experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments (Open to a range of approaches - candidates should be able to clearly explain how AI was used and delivered value)
• Experience working in SaaS or product-based software environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, problem?solving skills, and system design experience
• Comfort working across multiple tech stacks and unfamiliar codebases
