Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Azure or AWS cloud experience.
• Microservices and event-driven architecture experience.
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps experience.
• Proven architecture ownership and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud technologies.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications to microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including RAG, AI agents, and LLM integrations.
• Champion engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, security, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
