Responsibilities

Maintain a live portfolio view including in-flight, backlogged, and new requests.
Review portfolio intake submissions for completeness and scoring quality.
Guide projects through the portfolio process with human-in-the-loop at key decision points.
Coordinate with AI agents and Slack to keep stakeholders aligned.
Contribute to a capacity model and reporting cadence to ground planning in real capacity.
Monitor project health and ROI outcomes with senior team members.
