This Domain Consultant 2 role focuses on driving product and program management across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors, with emphasis on developer experience and platform engineering.
You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct KPI analyses, and support platform modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management or Program Management with technology products, platforms, or developer-focused initiatives.
- Experience analyzing developer satisfaction, onboarding effectiveness, usability, adoption, and productivity metrics.
- Understanding of Platform Engineering and Cloud-Native Development environments.
- Ability to translate developer feedback and user insights into actionable product requirements, backlog items, and roadmap priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
- Coordinate implementation of solutions addressing setup and integration issues.
- Support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations.
- Lead benchmarking studies and provide comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
