Torus is building an AI-powered agentic engineering tool to dramatically speed up complex infrastructure projects. You will own your discipline end to end, working with Fortune 500 clients to shape deliverables and teach the AI to produce trusted engineering outputs.

Join a small San Francisco team and become a founding voice for your discipline. Expect travel to partner sites about 10% of the time as you scale this startup.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years at or with EPCs in any physical engineering discipline (process, electrical, mechanical, civil, I&C, piping, structural, environmental).
Deep familiarity with your discipline's standard packages and deliverables.
Have opinions about how engineering should be done.

Responsibilities

Build out your discipline end to end, working directly with Fortune 500 clients and translate your deliverables into an agent that engineers trust.
Sit between our software team and partners, deciding what 'correct' means and guiding the AI.
Own the discipline deliverables the agent generates within weeks to hours of work.
