Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Expert to evaluate AI medication workflows on a remote, hourly contract basis. The role leverages hands-on pharmacy experience to craft realistic processing scenarios and assess AI outputs within real-world pharmacy environments.

Ideal candidates have active CPhT or state registration, 2+ years in pharmacy operations, and familiarity with insurance adjudication. Remote 10+ hours/week possible, with flexible project-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA, or current state registration.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of prescription sig codes, NDCs, days‑supply calculations, and insurance adjudication.
• Ability to clearly document pharmacy workflows in written English.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic prescription-processing and medication-adjudication scenarios.
• Write reference answers demonstrating correct pharmacy workflow and actions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and workflow relevance.
• Review dosing calculations, sig interpretation, and safety considerations.
• Identify errors or responses inappropriate for real pharmacy settings.
• Document reasoning and explain why a workflow or response is correct or incorrect.
