Job summary

Chenega Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a lead designer/analyst to shape MoveUSA, a next-generation PCS application. You will work with software vendors, implementers, and stakeholders to define requirements for a travel management system and prototype AI-enabled workflows.

You will prototype dashboards, translate operational needs into specs, and explore AI/ML to automate PCS processes. A Secret clearance is required, and you will collaborate with the PCS Office and tech partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Expertise with the Department of State PCS Portal, PCS Claims, and PCS processes.
• Basic understanding of passport and visa processes and liaison resources.
• General understanding of DOS Shipping Entitlements Basics and DOS Shipping Travel Basics.
• Experience with Travel Authorizations and addressing errors in the process.
• Ability to understand policy and communicate it clearly.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of modern dashboard models and data architectures using AI tools and predictive analytics.
• Lead requirements gathering for new PCS travel management systems, translating operational needs into functional specs.
• Collaborate on AI integration to automate processes and enhance PCS data workflows.
• Serve as a bridge between the PCS Office and technology partners to inform system design.
• Analyze current workflows to identify pain points and opportunities in relocations, travel orders, lodging, and allowances.
• Support project management activities including documentation, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and risk analysis.
