Job summary

SAIC seeks AI/ML Developers to design, prototype, and operationalize cutting-edge AI/ML PoCs for IC mission needs. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, secure deployments in AWS C2S/Azure Gov, and cross-program coordination in a hybrid environment in Chantilly or Reston, VA.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Candidates will build pipelines, containerize apps, and deliver demos for senior IC customers while maintaining reusable code and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field with 9+ years (or 7+ years with Master’s).
• U.S. Citizens with Active TS clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices (Git, testing, clean code).
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and handling structured/unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy high-fidelity AI/ML prototypes (GenAI/LLMs, NLP, CV, analytics).
• Operationalize PoCs in secure multi-tenant cloud environments and air-gapped networks.
• Coordinate across programs to meet overlapping timelines and milestones.
• Conduct demos and maintain clean code and documentation for IC customers.
