Job summary

The Nuclear Company in Columbia, SC, seeks an Organizational Effectiveness/Performance Improvement Analyst to join our Organizational Effectiveness team. The role drives measurable improvements by analyzing processes, human performance, and business data, partnering with leadership to identify gaps and implement improvements.

You will develop and deliver training on performance tools, support change initiatives, and build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence using

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, process improvement, or related operational role.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and developing corrective action strategies that led to measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to analyze operational and business data to identify trends, causal factors, and improvement opportunities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Human Performance) from scoping through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational and performance improvement analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Human Performance) with department leaders and staff.
• Leverage Power BI/Tableau to build dashboards and track progress for leadership insight.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled data analysis and automation tools to streamline assessments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; partner with leadership to monitor initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on performance improvement tools and standards.
• Support change management efforts associated with process and cultural improvement initiatives.
