Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Management Intern within the Core Data Center Business Unit. You will analyze workflows, develop AI-enabled pilots, and build dashboards to track customer qualification milestones, risks, and operational metrics.

You will collaborate with Technical Customer Managers and multi-functional teams to streamline processes, apply AI-assisted methodologies, and deliver measurable business impact across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's/advanced degree in CS/DS/IS/Engineering/Analytics or related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools used for business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Technical Customer Management workflows and improve efficiency using AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop pilots of AI, automation, reporting, and digital tools for qualification execution.
• Build dashboards and reports providing access to qualification schedules, risks, and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and decision making.
• Measure and document business impact with operational metrics and training materials.
