Trainual is seeking an OEP Consultant to help clients improve their operations through expert consulting and AI insights. You will manage around 20 client accounts, conducting regular audits and strategy sessions to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operational roles, capable of navigating complex business challenges at small to mid-sized companies. The role is hybrid, requiring about three days in the office per week.
