Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks an Operational Intelligence Analyst (AI & Analytics) to translate product usage data into actionable insights, alerts, and proactive interventions. You will partner with technology and operations to deliver real-time visibility, anomaly detection, and rapid response across our platforms.

The role focuses on turning data signals into operational value, building dashboards, and ensuring platform health with scalable analytics assets.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL with large-scale datasets.
Experience with distributed data platforms (Databricks, Spark).
Experience building or tuning anomaly detection, forecasting, or pattern recognition models.
Ability to operationalize models into alerting or reporting systems.
Experience designing alerting frameworks tied to thresholds.
Familiarity with observability tools like Elastic, Kibana, Splunk.

Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale usage datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
Design, develop, and deploy AI models to dashboard usage and flag patterns in real-time.
Build dashboards and alerts using Power BI, Kibana, and related tools.
Create data profiles to generate actionable analytics for rapid decisions.
Collaborate with operations to refine early-escalation workflows.
