Job summary

Incedo seeks an executive-ready .NET Technical Delivery Lead/Architect to modernize a legacy .NET Framework platform into a cloud-native, AI-augmented solution. Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with at least 8 years in a technical delivery lead architect role.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET 8+ with deep understanding of modern framework capabilities.
• Proven experience migrating .NET Framework to .NET 8+ at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design and modernization of legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET 8+ with AI tooling in SDLC.
• Define and drive migration strategy and best practices across the Advisor platform.
• Serve as primary technical contact for client sponsors and executives, translating decisions into business narratives.
• Deliver client-facing presentations and steer team toward aligned technical progress.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and govern cloud-native Azure solutions, including messaging and data patterns.
• Establish coding standards and architectural guardrails with AI-assisted workflows.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and mitigate delivery risks.
• Champion DevOps and agentic SDLC practices including CI/CD and IaC.
• Provide thought leadership on integrating AI/ML and agentic capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with client sponsors and guide modernization roadmap.
