Job summary

Aline is hiring a Software Engineer to build enterprise AI features on the .NET/Azure stack. You will own features from design to production, integrating Azure OpenAI and Claude, and grounding responses in customer data using RAG pipelines.

You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ship reliable AI-enabled services. The role emphasizes building scalable, observable software, contributing to CI/CD, and ensuring compliance in a healthcare-adjacent context.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack roles.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET stack (ASP.NET Core, Web API, DI, async).
• Experience using LLMs in application code with Azure OpenAI or Claude.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, and service-to-service patterns.
• Git-based collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered product features across the platform including search, onboarding, notifications, content generation, and conversational interfaces.
• Integrate LLM capabilities via API/SDK into existing .NET services; ground AI in customer data with RAG pipelines.
• Develop agent orchestration workflows using Semantic Kernel and related toolkits.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Ensure compliance, multi-tenant data isolation, and safe AI behavior.
