Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Migration & Modernization Partner Solutions Architect to accelerate customer migrations and modernizations with ISV/SI partners.

You will embed with partners, write code, build integrations, and troubleshoot migrations using AWS Transform and GenAI. You will guide customers and partners on AI-driven strategies, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration while shaping the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 6+ years of specific technology domain areas experience in cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, security or data & analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and validate AI-powered migration and modernization solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and virtualized/VMware workloads using AWS Transform and AWS services.
• Embed hands-on with ISV and SI partners — writing code, building integrations, and unblocking live migrations, then turning field learnings into repeatable patterns.
• Design GenAI and agentic AI architectures — RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, automated code analysis and refactoring, and dependency mapping.
• Enable partners to integrate AWS Transform APIs into their platforms and layer GenAI on top; guide foundation model selection, prompt engineering, and GenAIOps.
• Collaborate with the AWS Transform service team and cross-functional AWS teams to scale partner-led programs and inform the product roadmap.
• Publish reference architectures, technical content, and thought leadership; enable the broader SA and partner community.
