Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to assist with documentation and patient care coordination in a fast-paced clinic setting.

You will use AI-enabled tools and the EMR to document encounters, review notes for accuracy, and prepare materials for provider review and signature. You’ll help manage orders, lab results, discharge instructions, and patient communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document healthcare records during patient encounters using AI-enabled tools and EMR.
• Review AI-generated documentation for completeness, clarity, and consistency.
• Prepare documentation for provider review and signature.
• Enter and queue orders for provider review and approval.
• Process and document lab results and diagnostic tests in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient education materials.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times and updates.
• Support pharmacy management activities and prescription processing.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to improve clinic efficiency.
