Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated notes for completeness and clarity; flag discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation for provider review and signature.
• Enter and queue orders for provider review and approval.
• Process lab results, diagnostic tests, and provider interpretations in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient education materials.
• Support patient flow and update patient status to reduce wait times.
• Communicate with patients about wait times, results, and follow-up information.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and staff to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Manage inbox tasks, calls, and routine communications.
