Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate to support Marketing AI initiatives and govern AI pilots within the PMOT organization. You will help manage a portfolio of AI proofs of concept and pilots, maintaining plans, statuses, and documentation to enable fast, informed decisions.

As a Marketing AI Program Analyst-Senior Associate, you will assist with the Marketing AI Sandbox, coordinating intake, execution trackers, approvals, and measurement, while collaborating with Technology, Data/Analytics,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or marketing operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce crisp summaries and updates.
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating structured processes.
• Proficiency with common program management tools and documentation (trackers, decks, notes, status reports).
• Curiosity about AI, marketing tech, and responsible innovation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio artifacts for AI POCs/pilots with trackers, milestones, RAID logs, and decisions.
• Coordinate POC/pilot execution by planning sessions and tracking outcomes to closure.
• Identify risks (timeline slippage, resourcing, dependencies) and escalate when needed.
• Produce concise status updates for teams and leadership (dashboards, readouts, meeting notes).
• Collect and organize performance inputs to support business-impact narratives.
• Translate updates into structured, executive-ready content (what happened, what’s next, what’s at risk).
