Qualifications

• Quantitative coursework in economics, statistics, CS, engineering, math or finance.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic.
• Experience with AI tools is expected.
• Clear written communication is essential.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose why campaigns underperform and propose data-driven fixes.
• Build and refine Excel/Sheets models for decision making.
• Audit campaigns at scale across hundreds of locations.
• Pull, clean and analyze performance data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and internal platform.
• Help operationalize analytical workflows, including AI tooling.
• Contribute to internal projects to improve team speed and smarts.
